open to anyone interested in the independent examinations of charity accounts, who supports the aims of ACIE and is willing to adhere to the ACIE Code of Ethics for any independent examinations undertaken. All new members must begin as Affiliate members. To join, select your membership level at the bottom of the form and follow the instructions.
Full Membership:
you need to pass a qualifying assessment. You will need to provide evidence of your knowledge and understanding of charity accounting and practical examples of IE you have undertaken.
Fellows and Associates are required to maintain an active CPD file and will periodically be asked to fill in a CPD declaration form.

We offer discount membership rates for Examiners who work on a voluntary basis (that is people who do not earn more than £500 per year from examination work).

Affiliate members: £63 - VIE Affiliates- £37
Full Membership - Associate members £105 - VIE Associates £58
Full Membership - Fellows - £175 - VIE Fellows £95
Everyone joins as an Affiliate in the first instance. Full Membership can only be achieved by passing a qualifying assessment.
